Our Customers
SynDaver™ Labs' synthetic human tissue products are designed for use by engineers in medical device tests, medical professionals in surgical simulation and clinical training, and in certain educational applications. We do not typically sell product to the general public and reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity as we see fit.

Validation Data
Validation data for our research-grade soft tissue is available upon request. However, a Limited Use Agreement with SynDaver™ Labs is required before such data is released to the client.

Shelf Life
Our synthetic soft tissues are guaranteed to be functional and free of defects for a period of five years from the date of manufacture if unopened. With proper care and storage these products may last a decade or more. Our oldest on-hand soft tissue retains were manufactured in 1996 and they are still fully functional.

Warranty
Our products are covered by a one year warranty. Product suffering from manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our products are backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply call customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds
Refunds (less shipping and processing) will be given for unopened merchandise that is returned with an RMA number. However, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any open item, and we may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept items which are damaged or appear to be used. In addition, custom designed products are not eligible for return.

Fees
There is a $50.00 export insurance fee on orders placed by new clients based outside of the United States. There is a $15.00 fee for payment by wire transfer. There is a $25.00 fee for rush shipments made on Saturday.
