This synthetic human atrium was fabricated from an image of actual patient anatomy using SynTissue™ brand synthetic human cardiac muscle and elastic arterial tissue. This model is designed to be used under standard physiologic flow conditions. The tissues employed are compatible with every medical device and imaging technique known to man.
